Academic background:
Graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia (1995), Master in Chemical Engineering from the State University of Campinas (1998). In 2002, she obtained the title of Doctor in Chemical Engineering from the State University of Campinas and completed her post-doctorate (2009) at the State University of Campinas.
