Background:

Associate Professor at the Federal University of São Carlos / UFSCar since 2009. The Professor holds a PhD in Production Engineering (UFSCar / 2005), a Master's in Production Engineering (USP / 1998) and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (UNESP / 1993). Currently the Professor´s researches explore the complementarity between the economic phenomena of financialized capitalism and platform capitalism, viewing to understand the organizational transformations processes that emerges from this context, focusing on its implications on the organization and control of work.

• New forms of work and production organization;
• Platform capitalism and the digitalization of work and production;
• Organizational transformations emerging from work control via algorithms;
• Organizational restructuring processes and their implications on work organization and production;
• Management and production financialization processes;
